Peace featuring Sharia Walker

20% Arabic – 80% English

Azzbda starts at: 53:39

Using historical figures that spoke out for peace, we can identify the spirit and philosophy of nonviolence as an attitude and a way of life. Humility and simplicity, courage and compassion, dedication, faith, intelligence, sincerity, and a dire need for peace and justice for all. These attributes are the main characteristics of nonviolent activists that later impacted policies and opportunities.

Great episode !!!! It had a lot lots of insights ! I recommended the eiposd to all my friends …
my favorite quote of the episode would be what Sharia shared about Maturity ..
“having a sense of connectedness with yourself , that’s my inner compass , that tells me what feels wrong, what feels right , and it’s your intuition also . It takes a level of maturity to be connected with that, and to be able to communicate that with others , i suppose to just being in the surface of yourself the whole time , and being sensationalized by anything and everything that happens “
